Regenearation ด้วยโปตัสเซียมเปอร์แมงกาเนต KMnO4

เป็นสารกรองที่ผลิตจากหินจาก Zeolite Crystals ที่ถูกเคลือบด้วยสาร Manganese Oxide ที่มีคุณสมบัติ Oxidation สารเหล็กที่ปะปนอยู่ในน้ำให้เปลี่ยนรูปเป็นสนิมเหล็ก เพื่อถูกกรองออกจากน้ำอีกครั้งในขั้นตอนต่อไป สารกรองมีสีน้ำตาล ใช้ด่างทับทิมเป็นสารฟื้นฟูสภาพ

MZ MAGZEO is a Manganese Zeolite,an oxidizing and filtering medium,prepared by processing glauconite,anatural product.

MZ MAGZEO effectively removes from natural water iron,manganese and hydrogen sulphide,which are of particular concern because very small amounts of any one in a water supply can seriously limit its usefulness Water for domestic uses must be iron and manganese free.Iron content cannot exceed 0.2ppm and manganese 0.05ppm but they should preferably be less than 0.05 and 0.02ppm respectively Iron and manganese also foul ion exchange resins which necessitate their removal as pretreatment to most ion exchange processes

RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS

pH rang 6.5-8.0

Operating temperature 50?C max

Displace the regenerant solution with 1BV of water in 30 minutes

Backwash bed with water at minimum linear flow rate fo 30m/h for 15-20minutes

Minimum bed depth 750mm

Design rising space 100%

PACKING Is packed in 2ply plastic containing 25 kg

NOTES:

-Backwash water should be iron and manganese free unless their content is very low

-Water having apH lower than 6.5 must be pH corrected to 6.5-7.0 before passing through the MZ MAGZEO
